Terms of Service

By accessing or using kasperslab.com (the "Site") or placing an order with KaspersLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

KaspersLab is a sole proprietorship owned by Arun Sai Prakash S P, operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, with registered address at 11/11 Erikarai Vayalkadu, Vellalapuram Village, Chinnappampatti Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem, Tamil Nadu — 636306.

KaspersLab sells electronics components, IoT devices, automation hardware, development boards, sensors, and related accessories. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual item.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which accepts UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. KaspersLab does not store any card or banking credentials. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment.

In the event of a payment failure, no amount will be debited. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

• We ship to addresses within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
• KaspersLab is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items that arrive in a defective or damaged condition. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Claim process

• Email support@kasperslab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the defect.
• Attach an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the defect. Claims without supporting evidence cannot be processed.
• We will assess the claim and respond within 3 business days.

Refund

• Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Non-returnable items

• Items showing signs of use, modification, physical damage caused by the customer, or items returned beyond the 7-day window.
• Custom-ordered or made-to-order items.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, email support@kasperslab.com immediately with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@kasperslab.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on the Site — including the KaspersLab name, logo, product images, descriptions, and software — is the property of KaspersLab or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KaspersLab's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or from any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

KaspersLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our products.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product warranties, where applicable, are provided by the original manufacturer.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction with KaspersLab shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the following person is appointed as the Grievance Officer for KaspersLab:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a site notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
